3. Payment Processing
Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully completed in full. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your payment has been received and your order is being prepared for dispatch.
4. Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund — for example following an approved return — the purchase amount will be returned within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item, via the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
