Typographical errors, pricing mistakes or inaccuracies may occasionally occur and no rights can be derived from these.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are only processed upon receipt of full payment. The available payment methods — including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay — may vary depending on your location. Customers are responsible for verifying which payment methods are available in their region.
4. Processing & Delivery
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
- Shipping time after processing: 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location
- Orders are shipped directly from our supplier based in China; import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country
- All delivery timeframes mentioned are estimates; delays caused by high demand, public holidays or customs procedures do not give rise to any right of cancellation or refund
5. Returns & Cancellations
Please refer to our separate Return Policy for full details and conditions. Cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed and is being processed. A refund or chargeback cannot be initiated before the item has been physically received by the customer.
6. Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage during shipping if tracking confirms that the parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer. In all cases, our liability is limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the item in question. Please always double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
