Responsibilities
- Designing attractive and user-friendly graphic elements for our website, including banners, product images and other visual content
- Creating marketing materials for various channels, such as social media, email campaigns and online advertisements
- Enhancing the user experience with thoughtful designs that strengthen our brand identity
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual content
- Ensuring consistency in our brand identity and making sure all designs follow our style guidelines
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Excellent skills in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other relevant tools
- A strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
- A portfolio with examples of previous design projects

Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing them with personal and knowledgeable advice on fashion and style
- Helping customers find the right size and fit, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied
- Maintaining the store presentation and displaying all garments attractively
- Supporting daily store operations, including restocking and managing the till
- Answering customer questions and providing excellent service, both in store and by phone
Requirements
- Experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- A passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends
- Ability to provide personal advice and help customers find their ideal outfit
