Shipping & Delivery Policy

We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping and delivery policy.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email.

2. Delivery Time

After processing, the average shipping time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Please take into account that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs procedures. These timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Shipping Method & Origin

To minimise waste and reduce our carbon footprint, we ship orders directly from our supplier based in China. Depending on your country of delivery, customs fees or import duties may apply. Our shipping partner for Australian deliveries is Australia Post.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, destination and selected shipping method. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

5. Tracking Your Order — Customer Responsibility

  • Once dispatched, you are responsible for monitoring your tracking code via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Please keep an eye on whether your parcel is being delivered to your home address or redirected to a local pickup point, and collect it there if necessary
  • If your delivery is taking longer than expected or something does not seem right, please contact us first at info@sarahmichealmelbourne.com rather than initiating a chargeback or refund directly with your payment provider

6. Responsibility Upon Delivery

  • Once tracking information confirms that your parcel has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the parcel lies with the customer
  • Please always double-check your delivery address before completing your order — any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order via info@sarahmichealmelbourne.com
